Privacy notice (draft)

What we keep

• Your email address.
• Your password, only as a scrambled hash: nobody can read it back, not even us.
• The prompts you type, and the reels made from them: the video, the script, the pictures, the voice and the sources found for it.
• Your usage: how many reels you made, and what each cost in model use.
• The result of the content check on each request, and the request itself.
• When you made your account, confirmed your email and last signed in.
• Your internet address, which the server and its limits see on every request.

Why

To sign you in, to make and show your reels, to keep the service fair and safe (the limits and the checks), and to know what the service costs to run. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Outside services that see your data

• Anthropic (Claude): your prompt, the script and some pictures, to check the request, write, check and review the reel.
• NVIDIA: your prompt, the script and the pictures, for the models that plan, check facts, check pictures and draw.
• The email service that sends our messages: your email address and the messages we send you (the confirmation link and the password link).
• The CAPTCHA service (hCaptcha or Cloudflare Turnstile) on the sign up page: your browser and your internet address, to tell people from programs.
• Search and sources: words from your prompt are searched on Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and the web to find facts and pictures.
• Google (Gemini), only when it is switched on as a backup model: your prompt, the script and pictures.
• Sunny's own computer, which records the voices and puts reels together.

Each of these has its own privacy terms.

How long

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your email, password and prompts are removed at once, and your reels move to a deleted folder that is erased for good within 30 days. What your reels cost is kept without your email, for the accounts. Server logs, which hold internet addresses, are kept up to 30 days.

Your choices

From your account page you can see your reels, delete any of them, and delete your account (your password is asked first). You can write to us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in; it holds no personal data beyond who you are signed in as. The CAPTCHA service may set its own cookies on the sign up page.
